The Open University (OU) Orchestra is an amateur orchestra, based at the OU in Milton Keynes. It is conducted by Hugh Molloy and Dennis Pim. Staff, students and people living or working nearby who can attend rehearsals are welcome to join. They play a broad range of symphonic and other music. The OU was established by Royal Charter on 23 April 1969, charging us with our mission ‘to promote the educational well-being of the community generally’. The OU celebrated the University
