I have attached a photo from a customer of the pillow in real life. It may come squished from the delivery process (smaller = cheaper shipping), but being that it's filled with poly-fil, you can pinch and re-fluff it as necessary - just like a pillow. Real newborn babies are very curly and can be squished up tinier than reborn dolls can, so your reborn may be too big for this posing pillow. Cuddle babies will have no issues as will smaller babies. The posing doll is 19.69 to give you an idea, but she is very flexible, unlike reborn dolls (not counting cuddle babies), so keep that in mind!
