The Abandoned Power Plant is the area to the left the Beryl Bridge across the bridge. It contains the Yureyu Power Plant and leads to Citrine Mountain after the player obtains TMX7 Rock Smash. More Information: Drifloon Sticker Sidequest During windy days, a boy and a Drifloon will be found here. The Drifloon has one of these Egg Moves in its moveset: Destiny Bond, Tailwind, or Weather Ball. Deal with Drifloon and the boy will run to Jasper Ward. Defeat or capture the Drifloon to rescue the boy
