The Devil Carries Out His Duties ( 魔王、己の職責を果たす, Maō, Onore no Shokuseki o Hatasu) is the twelfth episode of the Hataraku Maou-sama! anime series. Shiro awakens in a hospital bed and laments over his current circumstances. The nurse then visits him and is pleased to see him awake, and after the nurse confirms that the hospital excepts his insurance offers him another IV bag. Though, Shiro flatly rejects it because of his fear of any expensive co-pays. Upon exiting his room, Shiro finds an unconsc
